Local 345 is a combination local representing the Landscape/Irrigation, Sewer, Storm Drain, Underground & Industrial Specialty Piping industries under the Plumbing Trade. Our union proudly serves more than 1,000 members, including Journeymen, Apprentices, Tradesmen, and Retirees, who are committed to excellence, professionalism, and craftsmanship.
We provide the highest quality work in the industry. Through our unique labor agreement, participating contractors enjoy the freedom of movement and have access to a highly skilled workforce throughout all twelve (12) Southern California counties: San Diego, Imperial, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kern, Mono, and Inyo.

Dear Members,
I am pleased to announce once again that the California State Pipe Trades Council Scholarship Foundation is offering college scholarships to the children of UA Local 345 members in good standing.
We encourage all eligible members to review the rules carefully and share this opportunity with your sons and daughters. The scholarship deadline is March 1, 2027.
